The legendary dagger quest starts by picking up a quest just inside Dragon Soul and then pickpocketing Hagara. The first pair of daggers can be obtained without killing any raid boss. My other raid leader said we could take our break (this week) when we get to Hagara, and any rogues hanging around and ready to do the quest could come in and pickpocket the boss. The earliest we might get to that boss is 8:30 PM server Thursday, but it might be later.
TLDR: If you're an 85 rogue and want new daggers, be outside Dragon Soul this Thursday by 8:30 PM. Bring patience. (Also probably reply here if you're not Malben or Quarue, so I know to look for you.)
